About Us

“Orad” Publishing was established in 1992, by two experienced Teachers: Dalia Reshef and Noam Reshef.

Dalia studied at Hadassim Teachers Seminar in Israel and Concordia University, Montreal. Noam studied Education at McGill University.

Dalia worked in both Jewish Elementary and High schools in Israel and Montreal, and is also one of the authors of the “Tal Sela” Hebrew academic program. Noam worked at two Jewish Elementary and High schools in Montreal.

Their initial workbooks have been used in many Yeshivot and Jewish institutes as well as various Hebrew Academies and Jewish day schools in Canada and in the USA. Thanks to these institutions and their feedback, the materials have been edited, modified and improved to create a new, exciting and attractive edition. The project received the Recognition of the “Segal Award” of the Jewish Public Library of Montreal.

With the help of Hashem, in 2019, Orad Publishing has put out their final edition of the Chumash Workbooks, adding new educational activities and assessment pages. The beautiful material has been illustrated and artistically directed by the celebrated artist Rabbi Haim Sherrf הרב חיים שרף.
